The workshop is designed to empower you and give you a better foundation for your Recovery Dharma practice. The workshop presents the basics of RD found in The Practice. During the workshop we will meditate together, hear from presenters on each of the 7 Practices, write on and share about an Inquiry question, experience the role of wise friend/mentor, and answer questions throughout the workshop.
